Every service runs the same four steps: 1. **Scope** — One session. We cut the service to what can be done and name what we are not doing. 2. **Architect** — Boundaries, data, integrations, operations. Architecture as a deliverable, not a prelude to a build. 3. **Deliver** — Execute the service: agent in production, architecture in your hands, or the first version on a live URL. 4. **Handover** — Repos, access, and runbooks in your name from day one. We stay only where you want us. ## House note We take a small number of scopes at a time. ## Conditions One number. After the scope. If that number is wrong for you, we stop. No billable hours. Scope to a live URL. ## Questions What we answer before we take the work. **Can we hire you for only one of the three services?** Yes. Each service stands alone. Take agents, architecture, or the first version. Or combine them. There is no required sequence. **What do we actually get from architecture?** A designed system your team can run: the application, the data, the integrations, and the cloud infrastructure. Scoping names the depth: what is not in the scope is not built. **Will the AI agents actually be used, or is this a demo?** We only build agents against a workflow you can point at, with evaluations and monitoring. If it doesn't survive that test in scoping, we tell you and we don't build it. **Do we own the work?** Yes, entirely. Repositories, access, and documentation are in your name from day one. Handover is a step in the service, not a negotiation at the end. **How do you price?** One number after scope. If that number is wrong for you, we stop. One price, one timeline. No hourly billing. **How long does it take?** It depends on the service. Agent Implant: two to three weeks per workflow. Architecture: two to four weeks per deliverable.
